Saral Retail Frequently Asked Questions

You can use any type of internet connection with minimum speed of 100 Kbps (Higher speed is better). i.e. mobile internet like 2G/3G/4G, wired connection like broadband or wifi connection etc.

The maintenance fee is free for 1st year. After 1st year the maintenance fee/charges Is Rs. 499/- per month per store. (All per month fee corresponds to 30 days.)

A Minimum 6 Month(s) fee need to recharge in a single recharge.

System will automatically give you proper notification before 30 days of expiry. After expiry you can also login to system for 15 days, but only in read only mode (i.e. can't add new data/edit old data, but able to view & download all data & reports).
You can recharge your subscription within 60 days of expiry without any extra charges. After 60 days it require Rs. 499/- as Account Restore/Activation charge per store.

You can recharge your subscription within 60 days of expiry with out any extra charges.

After expiration of your subscription we keep your data for 3 year. Within 3 year, you can restore/activate your data/subscription by paying Rs. 499/- as Account Restore/Activation charge per store.

The Read only Mode (i.e. can't add new data/edit old data, but able to view & download all data & reports). Maintenance fee/Charges Is Rs. 99/- per month per store.

You can enter maximum 4000 new entry/voucher per month per store/branch. We store total 6 year data (2 year data in full permission mode & 4 year data in Read only mode).

You can run One store/branche in Saral Retail. If you want more stores then you have to pay Rs. 19,999/- per store and add as many stores. Store add-on may take 1 working days.

You can setup maximum 25 users / store in saral retail application.
Example if you have 3 stores/branches then, you can setup maximum 75 users. If one store has less then 25 users then, you can add more than 25 users in other store. You can change the user from one store to other store. you can allow any user to work in all store/branch.
